Sure, that's one way to spin it, but if the X1 can get to a certain point, then the Ps4 should be able to surpass it. This isn't the case though, it's pretty easy to see they decided to hold the PS4 back. I doubt it's a coincidence that MS just so happens to be marketing this game. If we see further parity on stuff like the Division and Witcher 3, we'll have a pretty clear picture of what's going on behind the scenes.


Nope it's just pretty obvious that the Xbox One and PS4 are almost identicle in terms of power when the proper dev kits are out there but there are people out there who want to spread lies

Which ones did? The only ones I can think of are WipeOut HD (and that didn't maintain 1080p) and Ridge Racer 7.


I think GT HD was 1080p and Street Fighter HD Remix. Possibly Echochrome and Super Stardust HD. Could be more but it's hard to verify. There weren't many, that's for sure!

This is what it would look like if Ubisoft spend millions of more resources on the PS4 version

PS4: 925p

Why would Ubisoft want to spend extra resources trying to add a few pixles? Xbox One owners could very well be demanding Ubisoft spends money on us but we don't complain, we just play the game. It makes no sense homies.


Please show sources to back up your statement of the PS4 having 925p resolution from Ubisoft. I see zero links, nada. The dev admitted the game was put at parity to avoid debates. XBox gamers also denied the Tomb Raider 2 issue when Microsoft told them exactly why they did it. It seems to be a running trend with the defense force.

Here is a scenario for you, friend. If the PS4 would've reached 1080 and Ubisoft didnt have to "Avoid debate" Microsoft could've done what they did with Blizzard and just helped bump up Assassins Creed to 1080p. For some....things are just...lol...".unacceptable". 

MS is going to be playing ball this whole gen for the sake of perception until both consoles are at bottleneck positiion. Lets see how many excuses there will be until that point.
