What's your point?

Ps4 must have held back to XB1 version with that tablet CPU. In the article they mentioned "Unity could run at 100fps if it was just graphics, but AI is the problem." So, in essence Ubisoft could have run the AI calculation using Azure for the XB1. So much for parity, darn ps4 holding back games with their last gen technology.

Head in the clouds.

Maybe you guys should read the full article before whining, because they stated the game was 'cpu bound'. The XBOX ONE in fact has a slightly better CPU to make up for its lower GPU power. Thus no one is holding no one back, yet people try to tell xboner's that they're pieces of crap and that the PS4 is much more powerful. Well what about PES 2015, no one was bitching when we xboners (I actually have got use to the name) had to deal with the same 720p 60 fps as ps3 owners! PS3 OWNERS! I don't care what anyone would say but that was purely favoring the PS console, no matter what they add in. So I think you guys should shut up and stop complaining for an additional 600,000 pixels!

How does rendering at 1080p tax the CPU anymore than rendering in 900p would?

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.

The NX will be a 900p machine

You don't know what you are talking about... They have the same CPUs....

The XB1 CPU is faster than the ps4 CPU, and you completely ignored my comment about the cloud.

People have been saying ever since FFXIII went multiplat. Weaker consoles ultimately hold back the stronger one from achieving better performance. Glad first party devs don't have to deal with this.

DO we have any reason to believe that FInal Fantasy XIII was held back on PS3. The 360 version came on multiple discs (bluray used to capacity), the 360 version had ever so sligtly weaker graphics (not parity clause like this), the game looked the same from its first official ingame reveal to the its actual release. That was just sony fans being precious in my opnion. Also the crystal engines was shit for everything outside of characters models, shiny materials and pretty effects.

It wouldn't.  The difference could be accomplished via GPGPU.  A simple resolution boost isn't something that can't be offset.  Resolution doesn't require stronger AI.

The PS4 CPU still performs better due to the fact that its OS has way less overhead than the X1's OS, which holds back its CPU performance despite being clocked higher.
