- Are these new Europe numbers including Russia now? Or were those numbers undertracked in some other way?

... And yet the gap remains the same. I know you have rounding up and rounding down but it does seem to favour the Xb1 a hell of a lot.

The rise in sales are just the natural seasonal rise for the most part. It even barely caused a rise in the Wii U. The seasonal rise always hits by mid September.
