I don't see me buying any digital game so I'm probably gonna be fine without one.

Yep, i have a 1TB HDD, though i still have about 12GB left on the WiiU itself.
Not yet, and hopefully it will remain that way. I like my physical game collection.

8gb wii u, so i need.
1 tera, i made my onw y cable with the new pattern of the new hdds.

I'm getting the mario kart dlc, i still need to import my wii games/data and i want to at least have the option of getting the hyrule warriors dlc. I'd really rather not have an external hard drive, but i'm not sure i'll have a choice. Seems like my storage issues would go away if i just deleted rayman. That game was alot bigger than i was expecting. Probably should've checked before downloading it, but it was on sale and i was excited. I was surprisingly disappointed with that game. Btw, SPURGE i don't think that hd is actually made by nintendo. Just liscenced by them. The packaging does make it look that way though. It's a bit deceiving. |
When you import your Wii over it doesn't use any of the storage space. It uses part of the 512mb nand chip in which the Wii OS is stored... and/or the SD card :)
No hard drive. I figured I will only buy games like NES Remix on the E-Shop and get retail games...
Bought a hd case for a few quid online and stuck an old laptop hard drive in mine.
Games load significantly faster off the hard drive than off the built in flash.
