I would kill for a PSP emulator that runs native 1080p on the PS4. This news gives me hope. So many good JRPGs I would play at home that I passed on the PSP.

I think it is because you can download those games to your PS3, and then transfer them to your Vita.

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.
