Xenoblade Chronicles. Most people know Shulk and the title, but have never experienced the epic!
I am see a lot of Wii games, but not the most under looked Wii game of the 7th generation.
Pandora's Tower
This game is one of the best games on the Wii. It is hard to find in stores (but I did find a copy at ebgames). It does have a control patter for the classic control (in addition to the standard IR controls), so it should a good game to emulate with dolphin. Or get off Amazon for the more reputable members of society.

Knocked the games right out of my mouth... :-p
Other games I'd include are the Last Story, Xenoblade Chronicles, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light (Unofficial Bravely Default prequel) and Valkyria Chronicles. I first heard of Valkyria Chronicles while I was playing Project X Zone, and I wanted to get into the Series, but then I found out that part 3 didn't get a NA release, so I just ignored the series as of now. Definitely want to play those games in the future though.

Having thought about it, Nier was a really really good game that most people never gave a chance, the really poor graphics didn't help it much, but man, the story, music and gameplay were awesome.
Little King's Story for sure!

"I think it will be the HDS"-Me in regards to Nintendo's next handheld.

Baiscly almost any game that got less advertisement then Haze.
