Your question is a little confusing in it's wording, but having less aliasing on the PS3 version is a good thing. Aliasing is bad. It is where edges of objects in the GTA universe (buildings, people) look a little jaggedy, and not so crisp. This is normally abundant in the 3D modeling of trees at far distances.
almost all games have some aliasing, as it is incredibly common.
So I suppose you can use your imagination for how the aliasing will effect the look of the GTA world.
as far as the "brighter colors" is concerned. tht seems to be th case for a lot of different games. It isn't even a bad thing really. The PS3 shades games darker, and attempts to make colors richer (I believe), but in many cases devs might not be able to utilize it properly only showing lights and darks at a greater contrast instead of colors as well. I downloaded the first preview for both versions of GTAIV,via the PSN and XBL respectively, and noticed that it seemed a bit darker in the PS3 preview- and that was months ago.
both games are gonna be great, and for me it is +1 for the less aliasing on the PS3 version.
...and + 5 for the extra 360 DLC. (even though we don't know precisely what it will be)
