Is it true that you get both the 360 and X1 versions if you buy one of them? My brother hasn't gotten his X1 yet so :).

Half true.

You get the Digital Xbone version if you buy the Digital 360 version.
You get the Digital PS4 version if you buy the Digital PS3 version.

That works only for Digital and only if you buy the last-gen version and it is limited until January 15th.
