ahhh,i remember when I started this with Brawl. Yeah you can count me in, hopefully I don't have Wifi issues though.
I would certainly like to be a part of this, but I'm a bit worried about the scheduling aspect of it. At any rate, I'll sign up and see how it goes. A few suggestions though...
1. I'd make a post with a database of FCs for the people in the league.
2. I don't think the rules say anything about custom moves. Honestly, I'd like to see custom moves tried out, maybe not all the time, but for certain weeks or months.

well the Brawl community lasted years on here, so....a long time.

in that case, I will drop off at some point confirmed.
I think it would be more fun if there was a time limit (like...until Wii U version release). Then after another round with people signing up again.

Yep, we used your thread as the basis for this one. It was great fun!

1. Very good points, I need to add the link to the Friend Code exchange thread to the OP, here it is: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=189561
2. My main concern with custom moves is that some of them might be overpowered. Sakurai doesn't allow them in the For Glory mode, I think we'll start with regular moves and see if custom moves can be included when we've had more time with the game.

I'll definitely join whenever I get the game. Rules and point distribution seems to be on point.
My only fear is that connection issues will affect the match outcomes to a great extent, considering previous experience with Mario Kart 8 (which, notably, is a lot less connection based). So I'm holding my thumbs.

From what I've heard/read, 1 vs 1 connections are usually great. There's more trouble with 3 and 4 players matches.
I'll hold off on adding your name until you confirm you have the game.

I'm in.
I'd like to see custom moves included as well. The general impression I've gotten from them so far is that rather than making already good characters better, they give weaker characters more tools, making them more viable.
Also, I think returning players should keep their points total if they return within two weeks. If not, they will be reset to 100 points. This is primarily to prevent players with under 100 points from "retiring" and coming back just to refresh their point total.

Yeah, you're right I hadn't thought about players under 100 pts.
