His upsmash is one of his better KO moves, but it has a "sweet spot" that eludes me on how to punish others properly. Sometimes I'll KO someone at 85%, sometimes it wont kill the same guy at 105%.
And yeah, the circle pad + input lag doesn't help with smashes/tilts. I feel ya.

I fail with Ganondorf, I havent fight so many so I don't know the tactics, like little mac, lucinas, or zero suit samus, i fight them every match xD
