I was wondering this as well.

What did you think of the connection? I noticed a bit of lag on occasion, but overall it seemed pretty solid.

The option to have a time limit on a stock battle is available in the "More Rules" option which is unlocked somehow. I got mine unlocked after a few online matches with moreno.
