Well Brazil is quickly coming to that inaction based on race or other minorities bullcrap.

Here whenever a criminal is locked and goes on TV there are all sort of minorities defensors and human rights idiots saying "he is a victm, he had no choice, life didn't give him any opportunity, etc"...

And our president badmouth USA and some Europeans countries for exploring the poor countries or other jibberish, but is alied with Venezuela, Cuba, Iran and other dicatorial socialist putrid government. And now she is negotiating with ISIS, it is quite bizarre.
