All those games besides dragon quest are ps4/xbox one right? I think if square releases on ps4 in the west then they should release on the xbox one in the west as well.

No, at least not yet but if it does it will be years away considering how SE developes their games. Heck it took 4 and half years to get FF13 confirmed for PC to begin with.
