Big but very short spikes for hardware in Japan this generation, such a volatile market this has turned out to be. Bayo 2 not giving the amazing boost some seemed to believe it would, the effect is likely to be even smaller in the West. 100k first week globally and 300k lifetime?

Wow, Bayonetta didnt do too well. I knew it wouldn't sell well but I expected more than that in Japan.
PS4 surprisingly outsold the WiiU as well again.

Next week wii U passes ps4 again (Fatal frame) and then... I have no more knowledge of Japanese releases for either console. I'm gonna go do a bit of research.

Sure Bayo 2 didn't sell that well, but certainly much better than TW101 -- almost more than 2x as much. And also better than estimates from the Tsutuya game sales ranking

Almost bomba territory if you ask me. Didn't even reach Bayonetta 1's 360 launch numbers (66k)

Even with Fatal Frame next week, I think PS4 will still be above the U.
