We will have adjustments on the numbers, and they can be for better or worst... but anyway, fantastic growth so far... let's see how strong it will hold it. But anyway congrats MS.

It certainly will be a over 500k, maybe getting closer to 650k? What was the last time X1 posted those numbers... cheers X1 followers and let the pace keep up, but of course as a Sony fanboy I hope PS4 do 4-5x over anything X1 does, even if just to help Sony out of the hole.

Not surprising with Tier 2 launches and Destiny. XB1 should also do fine the rest of 2014, but then we'll have to see how the baseline will be in 2015.

But for Sep they staggered everything good so they can have good numbers weekly not just a giant bump and then return to less sales (this way they can keep bigger buzz)... and we can have PS4 above X1 all weeks so far and even if China week is bigger than PS4 it won't be a 500k-1M week against a 200-400k week, so we are a little safer from crazy expectations and predictions thread made because of it... altough it would be quite the necromanceable threads if done based on a crazy once in a lifetime week expectations being held "forever".

We are all happy and pretty... friday and good sales all around... wait for monday and them we can start dooming all consoles again.

Nobody said sales wouldn't rise with Tier 2 launch (or punctual promotions)... we have to wait and see baseline, that we hope will be good.

Show me 1 person who said they won;t increase....What people said is tier 2 wont increase it much, and thats has been flat true. Europe numbers are terrible for x1. Ps4 outsold X1  WW on europe numbers alone and tier 2 only made s small dif on the baseline.

Yeah its good to see, hope they can improve the baseline significantly once all the launch and special offers have died down.

To me, it almost sounds condescending. I'm pretty cynical though, I don't think OP did this with any bad intent.
