That means new announcement?
I read it as first info on something about the game, like online function, or first details on the Alpha test, etc..
But that's just me, I don't get japanese.

But an announcement during Bloodborne stage means something related to Bloodborne i guess

That wouldnt be so interesting, and it wouldnt be good to release both Souls game so close, unless it's only digital.

Everyone shouldnt be excited about this, if this is during Bloodborne stage, it will be a small thing.
