Good to see Sunset Overdrive finally enter the charts although its preorder numbers are kinda low.

There is close to nothing in this list to believe. But nice to see some only doubt numbers from some games, others seem to be believed... I doubt the MCC is that much behind and not in the top 10 9 weeks before release. With these numbers VGC shouldn't even release pre-order-numbers.

Yes, I believe so, too, especially if going by reviews and things I read on other forums the game isn't as good as the hype had indicated... I guess many will move on to COD and/or MCC.

Those CoD pre-order numbers are looking mighty low. I wonder if it'll seriously pick up in the next 2 months. PS 3/4 owners in particular seem to have lost interest.

Well, it could be that Destiny is/was stealing a lot of interest in COD as it was viewed as something really new. Now after release we will see if this turns out and if sales will pick up for COD on PS (well, not PS3, I guess - the sales for Destiny on that platform in UK was awful).

I have a hard time to believe these numbers. Most of them are way off. I think the Order and DriveClub are a bit higher. CoD is low, especially on PS consoles. What is up with Hyrule Warriors and Halo MCC. Should be higher as well. And I would expect that Assassin's Creed and Far Cry should tend also higher when looking into their predecessors.

Why do people get so upset about Witcher 3, Halo MCC, and CoD preorder numbers?

1. Witcher 3 won't come for months yet
2. Halo MCC isn't a new Halo game. It's a remake/remaster. It's destined to sell far less than any individual Halo game. And btw, it's still the top preordered exclusive at e3 2014.
3. Gamers have shifted away from CoD. And guess what -- the X1 CoD bundle is probably the best value to consumers. Haven't US sales for CoD typically tipped more in favor towards Xbox anyways?
