I showed the COD:AW trailer to my brother without mentioning the name of the game, he thought I was showing him Titanfall.

Anyhow, I don't think its a rip off. They must have started that game even before Titanfall was shown. However, I certainly beleive Titanfall may have inspired some of the mechanics.
