Seventh gen was fulll of shots fired and megaton bombs. 8th gen lacks the it factor.

playstation is back on top and the bitches are all whining like they never dished it out for years,what comes around goes around in teh console warz and PS4 is beating you down with sales

It's better when one console has a huge lead, because it means the other consoles have to seriously innovate to get consumers back. Honestly, as a Wii U and PS4 owner, this is a win, since Nintendo is on a roll with great games that are much better than their Wii counterparts.

Screw them. Get a Wii U. 

Still doesn't change the fact that the PS fans went through hell for the first 3-4yrs of the 7th gen. The gen is still young, maybe by the end of this gen too every platform will be respected on its own merits.

Besides, the wars are always most heated at this point in the generation.

You could play the games, I probably have a nice collection of 7th gen games, most of them probably still work.

You should get the Xbox one too.  just a suggestion though
