on the other hand on consoles 78% regularly buy used games where the developers get nothing. And 12% of them don't even buy new games. At least the people buying discounted games on PC are still giving the publishers money. Hell 50% of gamers regularly waiting for sales seems a rosy stat in comparison.
As you can see taking stats out of context makes them easy to spin.
