Oh, so servers will be down soon?

We've noticed. Probably because they doesn't have any actual first party releases.

That's........very harsh.

Its entirely true though. DriveClub and Little Big Planet 3 are not gonna shift a ton of PS4's. They have a really weak holiday line up in terms of exclusives, luckily no one seems to care. The PS4 will sell like hotcakes for sure, but its first pirty titles will be at the botton of the list for reasons people bought the system up until Bloodborne arrives.

And it's gonna pay off massively

So what? There are marketing deals all over the place. MS have bought marketing deals and entire third party games to mask their lack of internally developed games. Sony latched onto the franchise to help their sales because this year is quiet on the first party front. I don't see the difference or an issue. None of the adverts claim exclusivity and you can clearly see that Destiny is on Xbox when you go into any gaming store.

There is no difference and the issue is, its lame. The 360 also got slack when it spent the latter half of its life pushing sales through marketing deals as opposed to actual games.

Untrue.

People buy it knowing exclusives are coming soon, and since a lot buy consoles at christmas, they wont wait for next christmas, after all, exclusives are coming in february.

The good near futur, it's one of the reasons at the top of the list.

Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:

 PS4: 17m   XB1: 10m    WiiU: 10m   Vita: 10m

To bad it didn´t work.

It seems Destiny might be the biggest XOne game this year. But hell, COD has always been the biggest PS3 game since ever.

Only problem with that is it won't be as good as a Sony 1st party game.

Somewhere between Knack and Killzone: SF

You comparing Destiny to Knack? That's a bit of a silly comparison no? Knack is miles ahead of any other game ever!

Haha yeah how silly of me :P

If the PS4 sells as well as I'm expecting this fall, the percentage who are purchasing it knowing of  Bloodborne and The Order's impending releases will represent a tiny minority in my opinion. Most will be buying it for Fifa, Assassins Creed, Destiny and Call of Duty. They won't even know what demon souls is let alone bloodborne lol

This doesn't surprise me. They will get some extra sales from that bundle.
