Just like Yakuza Ishin was localized on PS4.

Good times.

Cold.

But I agree, Sony would rather help localise the Vita games, cause they have nothing else for the Vita besides indies, with PS4, Sony simply doesn't have to invest anything cause games simply come to the platform.

So unless Namco decides to localise it on their own, I don't see it coming over. PS4 is a way more viable platform for a Western release, but lacks the fanbase for such a game like Vita does. So I would say it evens out. I wouldn't hold my breath.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

Fortunately, they are not Sega.

But hey, maybe Yakuza has a chance too, we never know , believe.

Never got the chance to play the first.

It would be great if this comes out in Australia, as I would love a chance to play it.

This is the Game of Thrones

When it was originally announced I thought Sega would localize it.  :(.

I mean think about it.  New console, it won't have that many games at launch.  That's why a lot of developers released their games at launch because they got more sales than they otherwise would have.

Exactly.  And it wasn't linked to an ongoing story which we've missed the most recent chapter of, so they could've released it in the west with no problems.

It's too late now, they've pretty much missed their opportunity, and with that I think went the last chance of getting a new Yakuza game in the west.  I'd like to hope I'm wrong about that.

It also looks fantastic

Nothing is sure when it comes to localisations...

Well, with Sega we can be almost sure that the game won't be localized. Or at least be 100% sure that it will take forever.
