I was hoping to download minecraft and play already. It allowed me to purchase it, and now it won't connect and download it.

people are trying to both buy and download Minecraft, something that is not going to happen when Destiny launches.

Actually i just read that the Fifa 15 demo is releasing on the 9th like Destiny... both things combined could be a problem.. Unless Destiny is out at midnight? demo won't be out till much later

Probably not anything to do with Destiny or how PSN servers hold up for that game. Its more in line with Sony sending this game back to the devs 3 times because they don't know their ass from their elbow.

Talk about denial and deflection. Also those XBL issues you mention have been social and feature related, gaming is hardly ever interrupted.

Happened on Titanfall launch too, don't think Xbox Live is immune.
