Very little, no more than 5K.
It is available in all those countries already, it is even available in most Tier 3 countries, and it sells very poorly, mostly to hardcore XBox fans.
There was a reason why those countries are Tier 2, they are non-essential to MS and get very little local support.

We will also probably see a decline in UK and German numbers, as those countries supplied Tier 2 gamers until now.

Most of you don't understand that the reason for decent sales of X360 in Tier 2 and 3 countries was the ease of modification and playing pirated games, something PS3 was not capable of until much later...
Most people who had X360 also had a PS3, with which to play free online games, and X360 was kept offline to avoid bans and console bricking.

With no piracy on XOne, there is no reason to purchase it for a huge majority of previous customers.

at launch i think the boost should be pretty important 50-60k after that around 10k-ish

the baseline would increase even without tier2 countries

october sales are usually 20 - 40 % higher than june/july ;)

so no those places will not make up 50% of xb1 sales

so if we talk about new baseline, we have to look at 2015 summer months

Even that will be skewed because summner 2015 there will be more reasons to purchase the system with the games coming out in the next few months coupled with anticipation of fall/winter 2015 releases.  Really this whole thing is an exercise in futility, but fun to talk about regardless.  I see a small portion of the uptick (10k or so weekly) sustaining from the 2nd tier through the life of the system going forward once the initial hype dies out from the official launch.  How that equates to the natural increase over the holidays, we shall see.
