No they don't.
the last one i played on ps4 was a steaming pile of garbage at best. it will be at the very least a year or 2 before i think about it. i hope it bombs to be honest.
hopefully less than 1m sells across the board.
I can't wait to hear the Nintoddlers crying when xbox one destroys the Wii U in sells.

NPD does track bundles. They did it with TF anyway.
Madden on 360 sold more than it did on PS3 because the gap was large in MS's favor in the last gen. I expect the sales this gen to show favor towards PS4 due to the change in circumstances this gen.

The NFL deal is a bit of an x factor for it for this gen, absolutely. I just don't think it is going to be enough to keep the sales sustained on XB1. I think the initial sales on XB1 will be greater, in small part due to the bundling of the game. Lifetime though I expect the PS4 to come out ahead on it.
The Xbox One bundle will certainly help Madden 15 keep pace with it's PS4 counterpart. However, I think the following years to come will be significantly in favor of the PS4 version due to Sony increasing the systems market share in the US over time.
Madden is a game Americans buy. Expect XBO to sell more as the sales here are much closer than WW.
