I actually like the show, and discovery had a bad simulation game on it's website of it for a long time(maybe still do), saddly I wasted a lot of time playing it during class

Oh, maybe for you, but Endless Ocean has information on marine life that is good for someone going into the fields of marine biology (Ex: the marine life encyclopedia in the game). Besides, I think the Deadliest Catch has decent water-looking effects above the ocean (the raging sea; but it could get some better work done for ripples).

Well, yes, if you like studying for marine biology. Maybe deadliest catch will have a cooking minigame? and a line tossing minigame :X I've said too much.
