At the moment the Vita. Its my home away from my PS3/PS4. I can't get enough of Rogue Legacy on it and stoked to play Hotline Miami: Wrong Number on it. Velocity 2X has been a great add as well.

3DS, the library is just amazing. Loving each and every game so far (got mine in the end of 2013):

-ToZ:A link between Worlds
-Pokemon X
-Fire Emblem: Awakening
-Mario & Luigi: Dream Team
-Bravery Default
-Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Dual Destinies
-Kid Icarus

All of this games were just amazing for me.

You forgot iOS.

But I like both 3DS and Vita. I'm enjoying my Vita more than 3DS now n dayz tho.

It was the psp. I was hyped for the vita. Bought it for 250.played the awesome launch games. Got through them all and realized Sony wasn't pumping any more of those out and decided on indies and stuff I didn't appreciate. Long story short I'm a Nintendo fan now. Although if they pump out another Playstation portable ten out of ten would buy if it gets 3rd part support

Not really, at least for now. 

If it gets a big time exclusive (over the old 3DS), like Golden Sun (ok, mainly Golden Sun) than i would have a problem.
To be honest, i am just not convinced they are going to put the extra hardware to use and prevent a 40M userbase from buying their games.

It's the best handheld because you can hold it in your hand and then plug it into a proper screen and play games how they're meant to be played.

DS>GBA>3DS>Vita>GB/Colour>PSP

PSP has great games but the console itself is rubbish in my opinion.
