That was a very interesting video, the best part was when the daughter came up, i thought it was another kid coming up to hit the Bus driver. Then bam, get off my mom, it was priceless.

But the kid should of sat the fuck down. you can't get off the bus in the middle of the ride. Or the bus driver would of been fired.

I went to a school with a camera and emergency side exit too... There were always two adults on the coach, driver and steward(ess).  On our coaches you had 12 year olds up to 18 year olds, anyone of the 16+'s would've got her to shut the fuck up.

Ok so from what I can tell the girl was being a brat on the bus and the bus driver stopped the bus to lecture her. So right off the bat they are both morons...the girl for being a pest to the boy in front of her and the bus driver for thinking its her place to lecture the kid and even more of an idiot for thinking it would have any effect on the brat.

So the bus driver tries to embarrass her and says something like "Why are you on this bus? its probably because its your only way to and from school right?" to which this girl says 'not really' or something similar and then decides she is going to get up and get off the bus to prove that point.

So at this point our bus driver's plan has backfired and the brat wants to be stupid, so the bus driver tries to coax her back to her seat which is a good play for the driver...but after the initial altercation some 40 seconds into the video or so the bus driver needed to kick her off the bus not force her to stay on. At that point the safety of a single student is outweighed by the safety of the rest of the students as you now know this could get very out of control.

In the end all of the students left the bus via the fire escape and she lost complete control of the situation putting all of these students in the danger she was trying to avoid for this one student that was creating the situation, which really proves my point.

What should have happened: Bus driver should have yelled at the Brat when it was safe to do so, and not confronted her on an enclosed school bus where she risks losing control of the situation. She should have managed the situation as best she could without confronting it so that she avoids it blowing up...trying to embarrass the girl only forced the issue to a head and ultimately was about the dumbest thing she could do. Once the driver had finished her route... then, and only then, should she have taken action to discipline the brat and it should have been through school officials who could handle the situation at school and not on a bus with other kids around.

I actually blame the bus driver more than the girl here to be honest but thats because she should have known better. Piss poor job of handling it on her part and thats her job....

PS - I don't know how anyone can think this falls entirely on the driver or entirely on the student...you've gotta be kidding me???
