Minecraft can never be considered for the game with the most sold units since it was released on a ton of units. If wii sports was released on mobile or other consoles it would have sold a ton more.

Wii Sports can never be considered as the game with the most sales because it was bundled with nearly every Wii. It wouldn't have sold close to 80 million had it not been bundled.

Wii sports wouldn't have sold any notable amount on mobile. Neither would it on PS or Xbox. Just look at PS Move sports and kinect sports. They weren't bundled and they didn't sell close to Wii sports.

But it will get a holiday boost as well, of course. So probably closer to 18m or so.

In all honesty so was super mario bros for the nes and Mairo kart wii which sold over 30 million +. If these games are not included then the best selling game would be at around 20 milliion units sold.

Tetris is the best selling game of all time. 

And boost from PS4 release, so perhaps 19-20 million. But as I said in the OP I didn't include boosts, it's just the baseline, because boosts are unpredictable. No matter what, it sells craploads.
