I think that ship has sailed for Sony until try again for another FPS. Sony isnt as desperate as MS because they have plenty of proven and award winning franchises which tend to be best in class outside of FPS.  If their first party cant do it, they'll try for third party and if that doesn't work they'll wise up and work on what works for them. Sony excells at so much more than MS but they were so focused on FPS last gen that they were blinded by it. I am glad new IP's are coming out the yin yang from them that have nothing to do with it. The only answer MS has for Sony's fleet of TPS are Gears and Quantum Break. Sony has two AAA TPS games coming out next year and now so does MS. Well...one exclusive and one timed exclusive. It will be a great year for both companies but Sony's ability to pump out first party will shine greater next year. In the end none of Sony's first party went to PC unlike MS with Dead Risng 3 and Ryse. ;)

MS has Quantum Break and Halo 5 next year. Sony and PC will have Tomb Raider so I don't even know if it counts anymore. Well..whatever...just add it to make him happy.

Fable Legends release date is TBA and no offense but the game doesn't even look that good. I've seen indie titles that look better. I'll be playing the beta in October, but I am not expecting much from this (Plus Batman & Dragon Age are higher on the list in that month). The animations don't even look that good for a AAA budget venture. Hopefully we're looking for an early build of this game because Fable without a story is just plain boring. Its aimless and will get old quickly just like Titanfall managed to be.

You also forget that Sony is revealing more AAA's from other internal studios including the new game from Guerilla Games. They just chose not to annouce them until next year. He also forgot to add Drive Club.

Sony doesn't need to use AAA timed exclusives against MS. This is MS just trying to measure up. MS did the same in the first year and look how that fooled the world into believing they truly had more. If Ryse hits PS4 I will laugh. I doubt the Sony community would invest much in that title after they saw it already on he Xbox One.

Oh crap, you are right for some reason I thought Fable and Quantum Break were 2014 games. Lmao, oh right Forza 6, a game not even announced and if it was coming 2015, wow quality game with 2 year developement cycle.

Oh right, quality, somehow releasing the same game with nothing new but tracks and cars and can't even get dynamic weather is quality. 

GT6 had moon racing, something that is rarely done, it also has dynamic weather which Forza still can't do. Don't say Forza Horizon 2 because it's a spin off and not even by the original developers and I wouldn't be surprised if Forza 6 doesn't have dynamic weather but if they do, it won't be 60fps.

He also forgot to add Drive Club to his list and Guerilla Games new IP is being revealed next year. Sony stated they have more games to reveal at TGS that they held back from Gamescom so MS might need to go back into that wallet. They've done it from the start of this gen so see how much deeper they can go.
