lol, because when you purchase a 400 dollar console you should have to order an extra cable identical to the one already in the box but only longer! Somehow that extra few feet you needed would have been too expensive for Sony to include?

Really? You are going to complain about a $2 cable? Seriously?

Really? Youre going to miss the point completely and ignore the obvious lapse in logic in Sony's part? Seriously?
Like you said, it's a 2 dollar cable, there is no reason for not having ample length out of the box.
So eurogamer confirmed that it's a duration exclusive and is a Cross-gen title that will be available on the Xbox 360 as well as the Xbox One. Having worked for Microsoft in the past, I have heard the term season referred to as 3 months. Generally seasons is referring to 6 months. Am I understanding that people were freaking out over a 3 month exclusive that will be available on two systems? So much for Philly Spencer being our honest and upfront spokesman.

While I agree that Sony could have given us a longer cable...it's not a big deal that they didn't, since I dont have to buy a SONY cable to get a longer one...and instead of $15-20, I can find one for $2. I rarely use it while playing in any case...the 3ft length is FINE by me as I usually just play for a few hours WIRELESSLY and then plug it in after I am done to recharge.

I never said it was a big deal. I just said it didn't make much sense. I play a lot of hours and the DS4 will usually last through most of the sessions I throw at it. That said, when I do need to recharge I don't want to be forced to stop playing. I think you would find most people sit further than 3 feet away fom their consoles.
I'm not trying to bitch about it, we were talking about the charge cord so I brought it up. In general this is why the internet drives me crazy sometimes though, you can have a minor but valid complaint about a product or a company you support and still end up having to argue about it for half an hour.
I hear you loud and clear on that! Anyway, back to our normally scheduled bitching about Tomb Raider... :)
There was not one moment I did not know it was timed. The 360 claimed full exclusivity on so many games last gen when it was not. I was not going to fall for the same tricks twice. See, I was mad last gen when buying a 360 after the ps3 for exclusives on 360 that later went multiplat.

I have nothing to bitch about! We get what will probably be a better patched version of an anticipated game that hopefully includes DLC by then. Xbox One owners get to play an awesome game months earlier than anyone else. Almost anyone owning a console current gen or last gets to play it. All of this drama could have been easily avoided but it all worked out good.
