Or Nintendo will release games and increase the gap. Or they will both release games and both do well but preserve the gap. Or Xbox will release games and Nintendo won't and there will be yet another scandal that drives people away. Or Ps4 will release games and eat up the majority of those that might have bought xbox or wii u and the gap will remain but sales will become stagnant. Lots of possibilities, nothing is certain.

Just goes to show that MK8 did manage to move some systems and to prevent the WiiU from going back to 30k..

Xb1 might head to 30k if they don't pick up more exclusives and stop moving old exclusives to PC.

You assume you have time, but you don't know. You could get hit by a bus tomorrow, or get butt cancer, or a million other ways to die long before 2016 :/

Next week will be telling, if there is no dip or just a very small one following the end of the mk8 free game deal then it will be safe to assume this is the new baseline.

Maybe it will drop slightly below 60k ( 55k-59k), but I don't expect anything too major!
