True, but even at 100% attach to current consoles they may see it as a loss on a given project. Granted this particular situation appears to be debunked with the MCC game, but it could hold true for future projects that may see more than just X1 exclusivity in the future.

its would only make since if its a well after it comes out on the x1 like no earlier then summer of 2015 but before halo 5 to try and get people to buy a x1 for h5 but i dont see it going to pc at least not without restrictions like you have to have w8 or something

The reason these threads will keep coming because devs lie a lot. They say one thing and changes their mind again. Since resident evil 4 (I cant remember past incidents) this has been a common practice.
