PROS :

- Easy money

- a more visible presence among PC fans ---> free advertising

- an amazing cast of characters that attracts all demographics - even girls !!

- the "Nintendo flavor" of it would automatically differentiate it from other MOBAs

- develop and maintain a PC division with network expertise

CONS

- withdrawing resources from the Wii U and 3DS 

- a probable "non-nintendo" revenue model

Along with your opinion please help me complete the list of pros and cons 

I think Smash Bros is already their game for covering all the bases with all the caharacters. A MOBA would be cool, but it would take away from their hardware sales, which Nintendo certainly doesn't want.

I would never touch a game again if Pokemon turned into that.

Yeah, exactly. Heck, they could retask Hyrule Warriors as a MOBA, and that would be fantastic.

MOBAs could work on Wii U, but they would need more simplified gameplay.
They won't release games on PC as long as they're a console manufacturer...
