Geezuz! :O

Great to see that the PS4 is getting an early foothold! Here's hoping that the stream of games coming up will help increase or at least maintain the momentum into the holidays (which are always stellar anyway)

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

I'm actually expecting to hear sony say something about 10M sold/shipped during their gamescom conference.

Seeing that the XB1 has sold less than 2M all year kinda puts things in dire perspective. Must explain all the bundles they are about to unleash.

lets see.... 2 months vs 8 months.... I'd hope it would sell more in the 8 months. lol

2 months in 2013 (albeit launch months) versus 8 so far doesnt paint an accurate picture of growth/decline.. Come next january and so on we can start comparing individual months and then the year as it isnt launch.

You do know that we are talking about 2 months of launch AND holiday season, versus 7 months that are usually by far the slowest during the year and what many would argue was a software drought...

Cant wait for the Q4 slaughter

It's not hard too see consoles selling almost half of their yearly sales after August. Holidays are really powerful.

Yeah this is true, but at the same time. The console is still new and people will buy it even during a drought, later years it might not be that way but for new consoles, I'd really hope it would continue to sell.
