Full willing to change my vote to someone whom i actually suspect, but only if he moves his vote off of me.

Ok I just got up a little hung over and no coffee yet. A lil hair o da dog and some irish coffee will fix that tho. Can I get a recap of what we have so far? From what I remember the two strongest cases we have so far are for RCT and Sparks. For apparent slips. What is Khan suspicious for again other that lack of activity? How does stack up compared to Outlaw yesterday?

Khan do you have any insights? See anything fishy? I figured mods had a good eye for that kinda stuff, at least smeags has pointed out some interesting finds. As was pointed out earlier if you are lynched today and if you are a town as well then your insights will be important in the future. This could very easily play out like yesterday did where the strongest case is ignored and we go after someone for simply being inactive like we did with outlaw. Being on the chopping block did help Outlaw contribute more tho, and others being on the block presented interesting results as well.

So I'd like to know who you find suspicious and why. Just saying you find someone suspicious and leaving it that doesn't sit well with me. So what are your reasons? I especially want to know why ya said I was suspicious, it's not because I was a trouble maker when I first joined the forums is it? Sure I griefed some dedicated fans and I deserved those bans but I have tried to get better, so I hope that hasn't clouded your judgment of me. I also don't quite understand why ya find Prof suspicious at this point. Sure yesterday was a different beast but so far he has done probably the most detective work and him being saved last night has put him in the town column for me.

So from my experience since the start of the game, being in the hotseat will either help you are innocent or cause a real slip we can go on. Also I'm not apposed to the idea of seeing a mid hang :P but then I am a stinker and this headache aint helping things much either..

Prof isnt terribly suspicious, but hes one of my best leads so far because of the way he's been acting this game. He seems to be throwing everything into chaos with nonsense question that lead nowhere hoping that people make a slip so he can bring all his influence down on them. I said it before and others have noted too that too much activity is suspicious..like he's trying to keep the spotlight off himself. We dont even know for sure if he is town just because he was protected. And the way he went after sparks seemed really slimy by putting words in his mouth.

Im sure its gping to be something like that.

Well, for me, the talking we do in this thread really helps in narrowing down suspects, and Khan's usually on the scummy side of my lists. I favor action over inaction, and I believe choosing him is better than random chance. I DO NOT want to end this Day without any action again. A flip is information, and I want it.

That being said, even though he's up there, he's not at the top of my scum list, but I haven't had the chance to update it yet.

Seriously tho yesterday it may have been fair to think that consideirng how the day ended but today your questioning has helped show some serious additional slips on RCT and Sparks. So I think they have lead somewhere. Also on a side note congrats on the new game. I'm not sure if it was awkaning or not, pretty sure it was but was listening to a podcast the otherday from Matt lees https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsYwjeII1w6oWd4eHP29SuQ and he was talkin about the game, I may be mistaken but I think he said something about a kid with a bucket on his head that starts out really shitty but if ya level him up he becomes OP or something. It was in one of the latest pod casts so I'm not sure. Sucks they havn't brought that to Wii U, it really needs games. I looked into radiant dawn and apparently its for wii not wii u but I assume wii u can play it but at gamestop it costs $65 used. FFS that is a lot of money for an old used wii game.

I'm going to write down a few scenarios, and I want you guys' opinions on the assumptions and conclusions.

It'll be a while, so while I write I want to ask a few questions and reexamine some things, to make sure we're on the same page. I'd really love more than one reply.

1. Do we believe padib is confirmed town? I know nothing can be confirmed, but you know what I mean. Could someone please explain why they think he is? I just want to here someone else's thoughts besides my own.

2. Same thing with outlawauron, but to a lesser degree. We think he's town because of his reaction, but he didn't bother to leave a will like every other person who was about to die (or at least thought they were).

3. Based on the games I looked at, and the number of players in this game (15), I think we have four mafia. However, in narrowing down my suspects, I only consistently get two (MrKhan and Trucks). The good thing about that is I'm almost certain they're scum, Trucks moreso than Khan. The bad news is the others are good at hiding. I do have some "maybes", but that can wait for later. Also, I don't have enough suspects for a multi-factioned game, so there's that.

4. Cone's claim. I want to give my thoughts and here others' ...Towny: 1. He's new and probably wouldn't have thought of such a lie (and make it look like a slip no less) on his own (no daytalk), especially with the risk of counter claim 2. His style seems consistent with his personality, reserved. Scummy: 1. Lack of participation 2. The possibility of a broken combo, though I think this can be mitigated with a strongman and/or roleblocker.

Frankly i disagree with prof's playstyle, which has kept me wanting to vote for him until something better comes along (or in this case, voting for him to spite his vote for me). From what i can grasp of this game, it's to mafia's advantage to control the flow of events,m so the ones taking the helm are more likely to be mafia than not.

Same with sparks and Nicklesbe. Too active, trying to drive things (less so nicklesbe on the driver part). It bugs me a lot more than inactivity.

Although i realistically hold that the best case is either RCT or Cone. If you guys really want to prove you're working in the interest of the town, you'll follow hard evidence (or what passes for it in this game) rather than your own half-baked detective work. Until you can do so, i'll be forced to keep my vote on prof.

1. Yes, frankly, unless there really is daytalk and he cooked up that scheme with outlaw.

2. So? What does that have to do with anything?

3. I have no bearing on Trucks, being a latecomer to the game. As for myself, i think extended efforts of defense or lack thereof is kind of a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" in this game, so i'm not going to bother and say a bunch of stuff that's just going to be more of a distraction.

4. I think Cone's claim is the best evidence we have of anything gone wrong. Try a lynch, see what comes up. If he is indeed town, his sacrifice will make it all the easier to spot the real mafia based on their reactions or mere process of elimination.
