If the gap is still what it is today (~600K) in one year I think US would definitely still be a toss up.

Analysts and many people keep saying Xbox will recover back the USA with time, but i don't think so. When big games start to come to the ps4, it will crash the XOne even in USA (like happened when watch dogs came out for both)

Why can't people at least wait for the X1's peak these or next holidays before declaring US as lost?

Bloodborne, uncharted 4 and the order 1886 will satisfy general / critic gamers. Plus sony's first party studios will show full musclepower. There is no turning back.

And if sony keeps dominating then there is a "small change" microsoft might sell xbox brand. As they are much profit oriented. Or they might merge consoles with PC with new steam like service and steam like boxes.

Like I said, the only exclusive that could take the US back for Xbox would be Halo 5 and that's a year away, and I don't think MCC will have the same impact as a mainline Halo game. Other than those two what other big exclusives are there? Gears is years away. We haven't heard anything about Fable 4. Forza has never been a massive seller (only 2-3m without bundling). Titanfall 2 will probably be multiplat. 

So youre basing it off of opinions and install base of less than a year.  Its almost as if you believe that Xbox One and PS4's final install base is that of 5 million and 9 million.  Yet realistically there is going to be 10's of millions more consoles that will be bought.  And considering Halo as well as Uncharted are system sellers i would hardly take the current install bases as being accurate for an analysis for consoles not even a year old yet.

So lets look at this in another way.  With PS3 selling 81m consoles worldwide it sold 6m copies of Uncharted 3.  With 81m consoles sold WW for X360 halo 4 sold 9m.  So now you expect Uncharted to sell what and halo to sell what?  Because looking at the past is how we arrive to the future and in the past the only halo that uncharted has managed to keep up with is Halo ODST (a spinoff) and the original which was introduced to a brand new console that single handedly can be considered what sold XBOX.
