Well I finished Knights of Sidonia S1 and S2.

At first I really didn't want to watch this show because of the animation style. However I decided to pick it up on a whim and S1 was pretty good. The intensity and the introduction to space and Sidonia was very nice. Simple things like the absence of a real ocean, being added to a ship is a nice touch. Unfortunately S2 had some pacing issues that probably should have been cut into pieces in with S1. S1 to hook you in with high octane levels of anime, and S2 to then hit you with "SoL story filler". Regardless I enjoy any space show, but anime is the genre that consistently tries.

Guy 1: I'm gonna do it

Guy 2: Don't do it, you will die

Guy 1: If I don't we all die *does it*

And:

Girl 1: I like this guy

Girl 2,3,4,5,6,7, inifinity: *Does something to make her jealous*

Girl 1: *angry face*

Edit: Oh yeah I only found time to binge watch some anime because me and my friend got burnt out from hunting. Might be able to watch a show or 2 until Tuesday with the release of DW9.

Damn...how did I forget Yuki DX The only reverse trap I can think where I questioned if they were actually a regular trap for a while.

I suppose I probably blocked her out for a certain reason...despite not really having an issue with her own character. 

This is pretty catchy.

I don't follow the anime, but I like that Lillie and Mallow are part of the main gang. Loved those two. Though Lillie is a trainer in this version?

Anyways, my pick for best reverse trap is Haruhi from Ouran High School Host Club.

She was stuck being the straight-man character for...like the whole series, but her reaction to the goofy rich boys was always hilarious, and she had her share of comedy moments. I liked how stubborn she could be, or the rare instances where she was forced to act in front of a crowd, only to turn into a dead fish.

Cute too.

Yeah, although she wasn't originally a trainer at the very start of the series.

 Ouran High School Host Club was really good--both the anime and the live action.

Still, it's really hard to top this--

Edit:  After thinking about it more, I can't help but give honorable mentions to two absolute classics in Hana Kimi and You're Beautiful.

dang this is a hard one.. but I have to go with my namesake, though haruhi is definitely deserving of it.

I started watching Rozen Maiden recently. 

For the poll I will have to go with Haruhi as well, as I cannot recall many others.

I watched S2 of Fate Apocrypha. This S2 was similar to the S2 of Knights of Sidonia with a massive lull in the middle. Regardless the end fights were some of the best anime fights I have ever seen, and I watch a ton of that stuff, including a lot of A1 pictures anime. I was laying on my couch about to fall asleep getting through the episodes, and then boom some hype. Plot wise I am not a fan with constant plot armor, but that seems to be the common consensus for this show, so not much need to elaborate. Some good stuff, I am sure some more Fate series will be soon at this rate.

On a side note I really hate it when anime:

Silence the words only to reveal what they said 10 minutes later, no reason to silence it.

Dang...not usually crazy about the live action thing (blonde wigs are a lie!), but she nailed it there. Nice!

While that seems pointless, I always hate those dramatic muted moments in general. Mainly because some anime overdo it and I forget to keep tabs on it every time it happens.

Same thing with the stupid:

Character A: *says something vague and mysterious*
Character B: What was that?
Character A: Ah...it's nothing.
