Yeah, I don't understand that butler thing either. I thought he was gonna stay as a guest the second time or ask for something else. I guess that he's one of those people who keep trying the same thing over and over again til it works out. He talks alot but hardly about anything worthwhile.

They'll probably focus more on Roswaal at some point. He's really mysterious at this point.

He went back to being an employee because he was trying to follow the exact same route in order to find out what happened to him.  It kind of worked and it kind of didn't--things happened differently but he was still assassinated.  The part that got me is that, after all of that, his plan seemed to be "wait in a chair for the assassin to show up".  Seriously?  At least borrow a sword or something.  I know he keeps respawning but I would not want to count on that and I'm sure it still sucks to be murdered.  I was thinking "maybe he'll put pillows in his bed to look like a sleeping person and hide in the closet" but, nope, he just sat in a chair.

I actually like the twins quite at bit.  They have a very intriguing relationship and I'm sure there is more behind it.  Hinted that the younger one, at least, is a demon.  However, it seemed like they could have established all of that in way fewer scenes.  This episode just seemed to go on forever.

What really pisses me off is the main character.  He's in another world with magic and some really wicked people, political turmoil grips the nation, and he keeps getting butchered, but his full attention is on flirting.

You missed a lot of hints. Avoid mal, it has spoilers but they have a lot of legit speculation. Look at everything that happened to him. (When he got injured and who was around is the biggest hint I can give withotu MAL spoilers killing here)

Lots of development happened. And trust me the anime will get darker. a lot of people dropped the LN cause it got too dark so don't expect this "SOL" to last after this episode.

That's what ruin it for me, i really want it to have your opinion on this.

The movie is going to be interesting since you like Mikuru and hate Kyon can't wait to have your opinion.
