Don't forget that thing KyoAni is making.

I stopped paying attention to KyoAni a while ago...Chuu was basically unwatchable and I didn't bother watching that other show they did recently (the supernatural one). If it ends up being good then I'll watch it, but they are far from my "automatically watch" list. That basically only has SHAFT and a few Directors/Writers in it

Do you mean Kyoukai no Kanata? That was actually quite good if you can bare the blatant dojikko moe.

Then again I also like Chuunibyou, which is in my opinion one of the best romance animes out there. The only Anime I didn't watch from KyoAni was Free! For obvious reasons.

The "death" girl from Chuu made me want to blow my brains out...I didn't really like anything about that show, but the characters were absolutely insufferable.

Every time I try to write off KyoAni as junk, I remember they animated Nichijou .-. Why can't they use their talents for good instead of evil?!? Eh, this new series is by the writer of Full Metal Panic which I've heard good things about (old KyoAni...hmm) so maybe it has a chance to be good, but I'll take a wait and see approach.

If you watch Chuunibyou to the end it gets into some quite strong drama romance territory. Even Dekomori gets some drama for herself.

But you don't watch KyoAni for the plot or characters. You watch it for the art. I really do enjoy their consistent high quality.

I watched Chuu season 1 to the end, and there wasn't really any payoff worth the torture...its hard to care about the drama if you don't care about the characters I guess. I agree that their art is wonderful, but I'm not going to watch something vapid just because it is pretty. Theres plenty of pretty stuff with good content.

Next season's going to be epic. So many shows from sunrise, and tons of sequels I'm gonna love. Really disappointed that Deen got hold of log horizon 2.

Im Hyped for the new fate stay night (i only watched fate zero. And the trailer looks AMAZING!) and Log Horizon ( so much mysteries to be solved)

And i will be continuing Sword Art Online 2, and Akame ga kill.

Pocky Lover Boy!

Any predictions for top rated shows of next season?

I have no idea. There are a lot new IPs I know nothing about. They could all be awesome or fucking boring. You should probably watch some trailers.

I'm very interested in how Magic Kaito will turn out.

Been busy with exams, so haven't had the time to do a character of the week. I should be free over the weekend though, so any suggestions?
