Dark Samus at the end of Metroid Prime 2 w/ most if not all upgrades.

Almighty Shinra in FFX-2 HD. Even had 255 defense and magic defense and auto-shell and auto-protect and about 8500 hp with YRP and got owned in a couple turns. I never had a PS2 and now the catnip accessory is lame because it adds berserk that you can't get rid of. Pretty much stopped playing X-2 at 95% story completion because of that and Via Infinito but got the platinum trophy for X :P.

As a kid, I could never beat the Shadow Queen from Paper Mario: TTYD. The fact that she had 150 HP already intimidated me, since that is a rather big health spike compared to the other bosses, and I never thought to use Vivian's Veil ability, so her charged wave attack would always take a huge chuck of my health, and I just couldn't beat her for the longest time.

Guess I wasn't supplied with enough Ultra Shrooms.

On Blazblue beating the game on HELL difficulty, I just threw up my hands and said "Well, not doing that".

Most fighting games on highest difficulty become nigh impossible or just cheap and unfair where you have to break the game through some exploit. Least my experience.

Yeah first it was score attack more and unlimited ragna/hazama in the older games.

Now they thought 2 unlimited characters weren't enough so they introduced unlimited mars mode. Ho boy.

Impossible without a second controller.
