Try this for size.
tilting the nunchuck provides steering
tilting the Wii remote (pointed forward though, not like Excite truck) provides the drift function (L and R on the N64)
That setup would provide some serious skill based racing, because the drift in the previous F-zeros has never been a major player, but adjusting different angles for both the nunchuck and remote would be useful for different corners.
The of course you have A for accelerate and B for boost.
Airbrake could be either C or down+ or Z. and attack could be the control stick left or right.
I think that would be one of the greatest racing games ever.
