Nintendo has the publishing rights for the US (same deal with the last game), so they are the ones who make the call on it. That's my understanding.

So you'd be better off pestering Nintendo, but I'm pretty confident this next game is coming. 

Mr. Miyamoto was at the event for one, and more importantly there's a Hollywood movie coming.
