You just cannot beat free games. The ads alone make a ton of money, then if you buy any extra levels, items, or characters, the company just makes bank!

You're right, we really can't blame anyone for getting in on it.  It takes a fraction of the development cost of a "real game" to make an app and you've automatically got an install base of over a billion.  It's a no-brainer.

At least for us, the added benefit is that now we don't have thousands of movie license games clogging up the shelves of our game stores!  XD
