Good numbers by VGC all around. Even Pachter is spot on except for X1 and Wii U. But who cares about doomed consoles anyway.

Objectively speaking these aren't really good sales, the industry is in a bit of a funk for sure. PS4 is ok, but it's not selling like the PS2 or Wii were for their respective first June month's in NPD. XOne and Wii U are doing relatively poorly.

Please do, I look forward to you explaining how the PS4 is declining despite not only outselling its competition but increasing its weekly sales rate despite no signifcant new games and no price cut.

This is actually hilarious.  Naturally, since someone disagrees with you it's because they don't get it, because "it's a difficult concept to grasp" not because they simply disagree with you/see no point in making such a comparison. There's nothing difficult to grasp and CGI showed that he understood perfectly fine what you said. As he said, whether the gap is closing or not, it's still a hollow victory. Same with ps3 passing the 360.

Starting to look like the UK has stronger brand loyalty to Xbox than the US. But UK sales could be skewed by European importing, we will see if that is true after September tier 2 releases I guess.

Do you have NPD numbers for the Ps2 in june 2001 ?

Good figures for all in June except poor Vita. 269 k for Ps4 is better than I thought and almost 200 k for XBO is preatty good. Also good to see 140 k for Wiiu.
