Wow, you are so full of yourself. Lmao wow Nokia division, or whatever it's called but you know what i'm talking about. You just want to sound like a know it all. They acquired Nokia last year and to save money, they have to lay off these 6000 people to meet their goal. But go ahead and find something wrong with my "termonlogy" to make yourself think you are smart lmao, damn you are funny.

You really should just stop as you don't know what you are talking about. Nokia purchase only just completed, it hasn't even been a part of MS for a full financial quarter yet. Your first post of irony can be excused as just ignorance but you are really into the trolling territory now.

At the same time they are hiring in other areas. Even in 2009 they continued to hire in other areas.

Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

what a hell are you talking about dude ??? Sony IS INDEED COMPLETELY BROKE... that's not an invention they have been in the red for agees, they are not triming fat to be more efficient they are cutting entire limbs and body parts to stay afloat.... that's not an invention you just have to read their annual or quaterly fiancial report... and the Nokia division has been aquired less than 3 month ago by MS their are no goals set and expectation to meet yet... they just have doubles that are useless

to give you an idea of how ridicule Sony financial status is compared to MS.... MS could buy Sony at their current Market capitalization price almost twice every year just with their profit without borrowing a single cent.... it wouldn't make sens but theorically they could....

if you follow sport Sony is to MS what Brazil is to Germany in the world cup.... console warz has nothing to do with it... Sony is a financial Dwarf next to MS....

Lol i didn't even need to click in order to know what kind of discussion this had devolved to

Well the X1's performance in Europe wasn't gonna make Microsoft hire more people, so this was expected. You can expect more next year if things don't improve drastically.

Y u no read the rest of the thread.

The theory of overlapping dpts is very plausible and a more realistic scenario. Company making billions of annual profit won't be dented in the slightest by the X1 performance.

Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.

Well, after reading the full article, it turns out to be a non-issue really. Not to great for those loosing jobs unfortunately but I am sure most will find other jobs.

Kind of understandable seeing in how bad of a state Microsoft currently is.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Even if. Opinion was already formed when the subject was read. Some topics are just out of reach for many people.

What is with this Koweniki guy? Defensive much over MS and incredibly arrogant and rude? every thread he is in he is condenscending, on edge and defensive. Take some Prozac. Or divorce yourself from your MS marriage.
