not confirmed yet :P but i heard from team1040 (canuck's radio station) that some executive said it.

they also said richards is going to dallas. i was hoping the canucks get him.

MAN, you almost gave me a heart attack.

Was it Mackenzie on Rick Ball show that said it?

I don't think Richards is a good fit on Vancouver, he takes up too much salary and they have to sign the twins next year.

the canucks do need a first or second line center... they have absolutely nobody in their system who's remotely close to being one, so trade is the only option.

yeah, $7.8 million is crazy. jokinen would be a better fit not to mention a lower salary ($5.5 mil), but doesn't look like he's going anywhere.

EDIT: other than the sedins as first liners, i mean.

I love this discussion... 1/3 PS3 owners here say this is their most anticipated game of the year and yet others say it will struggle to 1mil... I see this game as the ultimate seller during the christmas period when all the parents go out to but for their kids. This is what casuals can do, as they did with the Wii....

But Bodhesatva points out that the LBP enthusiasm here on the forums may be completely disproportionate to the way PS3 owners as a whole would feel about the game. The other question is, are there really that many casuals on the PS3?

There are good reasons for believing LBP will have a hard time getting past 1 million to 2 million lifetime sales ... but I do think that it has a very decent chance of going WAY beyond that.

I watched those videos. Very interesting. I hope this game does well because I like seeing this kind of creativity.

It's not exactly my type of game, something that I might pick up and do every now and then, and I'd probably create levels more often than actually play.
