Most companies release their games on Tuesday which is why October 7th, 21st and 28th all have many titles. It's a little weird that there's no release for October 14th though.

Maybe Sunset for me or the Evil Within if either warrant $60 purchase.

Evolve should be a F2P game, paying 60 bucks for 4 dudes kill a monster all the time is absolutely not worth it.

I feel bad for Sunset Overdrive.

If comes out the week after Evolve/Battlefield, and a week before the new Call of Duty.
The same day as GTAV and AC:Unity.

That is come tough competition for a new IP. Hopefully it is not overlooked.

Why Tuesday? Surely any possible sales advantage the day may somehow provide is negated by the compiling of multiple releases?

Or is this simply on of those "because why not" situations? :p

i'll take the free version of driveclub and maybe upgrade to the full version if the game is really good and skip the rest. i'm not much of a racer fan though..

i don't have much time to game these days. i'll probably have more interest in whatever indies are releasing that month or take a whack at my backlog. but looking at that list i'd rather saving myself for destiny and lbp3.
