Yeah, but on Best Buy it's either $59.99 new, or $9.99 pre-owned. I know its a tough decision but someone has to make it.

Its used soon as you take any game from its case. I have had success with used games

I'm all for it when it's a relatively new game, but if a game's 8 months old I'm not paying $60
