You cannot blame MS for trying to reinforce the brand, even if not true because it is a part of business. Smart move considering the vast majority of people take word of mouth over researching the best available data they can find.

With the install base and gap growing in favor of PS4 each week it's only a matter of time before the playstation fanbase of CoD is higher. The PS4 version outsold and continues to outsell the X1 version every week. As more players go next gen, more of them each week switch to PS4. Regardless of MLG tournaments.

I don't know, but I think Call of Duty will die sometime this generation anyway.

PS4 will be its new home.
